Jump right into our aquatic classes. This low-impact class is designed to help improve balance, stability, cardio health, and muscular strength. This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Modification will be provided to ensure all participants can enjoy the benefits of water exercise. This class will offer a variety of workout routines to help build up strength and stamina. Come out and cool off in the water, invite a friend and bring a smile!
